Mari is one of the most talented animators we have worked with. She brought our vision to life in exactly the way we wanted. It’s rare to visualise something in your mind, and to have the end product to be as near perfect as you envisioned, and Mari did that with us, and more.
The area of violence against women and girls can be difficult to communicate, more so in the Pacific, where the rates are some of the highest in the world. Ultimately, the animation needed to leave the viewer with a sense of hope, and to hopefully motivate them to join the growing movement because change is only possible if we work TOGETHER.
It was pleasure working with Mari, through The Equality Institute – we had an all- women team across the project - and we look forward to working with her again.
